In 2012, we transferred our head office from Japan to Singapore, which is a premier global hub port offering seamless global trade connectivity. Since then,
we have been expanding our business sales locations to Singapore, Tokyo, London, Houston and Dubai, where we closely carry out our businesses with our valued
customers.

On January 1st, 2017, we changed our company name from Tokyo Marine Asia Pte Ltd to MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. We aim to provide our customers with
better services, adding greater values, by utilizing MOL group’s comprehensive strength.

Beginning from 2018 to 2020, our company will have 17 new large-scale stainless steel chemical tankers added to our fleet. I believe that with these new
large vessels of great capabilities, it would allow us to enhance our competitiveness and expand our businesses into new horizons.

As we grow our fleet of sophisticated stainless steel carriers, we also anticipate business opportunities in the segment of MR size coated chemical
carriers, terminal storage and ISO-container transportation. By realising and capitalising on these opportunities, we aim to be a leading service provider
with innovative logistical solutions!
